  1. 1 pound ramen noodles or any of your favorite noodles
  2. 4 eggs hard boiled
  3. 5 stalks green onions cut into 1cm pieces
  4. 1/2 pound ground meat pork, beef or turkey
  5. 1/2 onion medium, chopped
  6. 4 cloves garlic chopped
  7. 1 chilli pepper serrano, jalapeno, thai etc optional
  8. 2 tablespoons gochujang or Korean Chili Bean Paste
  9. 3 tablespoons chilli powder adjust according to taste
  10. 2 tablespoons kimchi chopped, substitute with black vinegar if kimchi not available
  11. 2 tablespoons fish sauce or soy sauce to substitute if needed
  12. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  13. 4 cups beef broth
  14. 2 cups chicken broth
  15. 1 pound soft tofu
  16. 1 handful enoki mushroom
  17. 1 handful shrimps or fishballs
  18. salt to taste
  19. 2 tablespoons oil sesame seed
