  3. 3/4 pound brussels sprouts halved
  4. 4 3/8 cups broccoli cut into florets
  5. 1 13/16 cups carrots peeled and sliced
  6. 2 stalks celery sliced
  7. 1 red bell pepper chopped
  8. 6 1/3 cups vegetable stock
  9. 3/4 cup tomato puru00e9e
  10. 9/16 cup rice wholegrain

  1. Heat oil in a large pan and sautu00e9 the onion. Add the brussels sprouts, broccoli, carrots, celery and peppers. Add the stock and tomato puru00e9e, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
